Private lessons allow you and me the time and space to develop a targeted practice based on your personal strengths, goals and needs. These sessions will help you  investigate your own unique postural conditions and together develop a personal strategy to challenge and encourage you and your body into a healthier, upright position using some traditional asana and a few more creative strength-based yoga movements.
